What Are Daily Spiritual Fitness Workouts?

1. Morning Kickoff

A quick, high-energy intro that wakes up your spirit and sets the tone.
This is where the day’s theme punches you in the chest. 

2. Warm-Up Prayer

A focused prayer to humble your heart, sharpen your mind, and prepare your spirit for the reps ahead. 

3. Set 1 (and all following Sets)

Each chapter is broken down into sets. 

Each Set breaks down the chapter using the God Side rep sequence:

📖 Scripture – The verse or section we’re training on.
Rep Focus – The core truth of that passage in one strong line.
Life Rep – The practical obedience step for today.

Example:
📖 James 1:22
Rep Focus: “Don’t just hear it… do it.”
Life Rep: Today, your obedience speaks louder than your excuses.

Each chapter includes multiple Sets.

4. Flab to Cut

 This is where the flesh gets confronted.
It exposes what must go: compromise, excuses, habits, attitudes, and pride. 

Sample:
“Cut the passive obedience. Saying ‘I know’ means nothing if your feet don’t follow.”

5. Muscle to Build

 This is the strength-building rep.
The discipline, habit, mindset, or obedience God wants formed in you. 

Sample:
“Build the muscle of consistent obedience, even when no one’s watching.”

6. Roll Call Challenge

The heart of the workout —
where the difference between a reader and a disciple is revealed.

Roll Call always follows two steps:

Step 1 – Mirror 🪞

Ask God directly.
Reflect with Him over the five core areas:
speech, relationships, integrity, time, comfort.

Step 2 – Muscle 💪

One real-life, Scripture-rooted action rep.
Not theory — obedience.

7. Coaches Corner

A daily, personal reflection from Coach
that brings the chapter into real-life battles and experiences.

This is where Coach shares what this passage is training in him,
so you can see how it applies in your own walk.

It keeps the workouts personal, real, and grounded.

Weekly Rhythm

 Monday–Friday: One Bible chapter per day
Saturday: Full Weekly Recap (5 chapters, 5 sets, 1 complete workout summary)

 Sunday: Rest and prepare for the next week’s training 

Daily workouts arrive by email — free.
Completed series are available in book form.
