Verse to Open:
“Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” – Proverbs 15:22
Prayer:
“Father, today I admit I can’t do this on my own anymore. I’ve been trying, but I need help. Open my heart to your truth and show me that seeking help isn’t weakness, it’s wisdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Verse:
“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” – Proverbs 11:14
Reflection:
Have you been white-knuckling life alone? Isolation doesn’t just weaken us, it sets us up to fall. Who in your life speaks truth to you right now?
Rep Challenge:
Write down 3 areas where you’ve been struggling but haven’t told anyone. Be honest. You’re not weak—you’re human.
Verse:
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
Reflection:
Are you falling and expecting to stand alone? God’s design is not solo strength, it’s shared strength.
Rep Challenge:
Write the name of 1 person you trust, or could trust, to walk this next season with you. Maybe it’s your coach. Maybe it’s time to start that conversation.
Verse:
“Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed.” – James 5:16
Reflection:
We don’t get healed hiding in the shadows. Freedom starts with confession. Coaching isn’t about being judged, it’s about being restored.
Rep Challenge:
In your journal, confess one thing that’s been eating at you. Don't justify it. Just get it out. You’re making space for healing.
Verse:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17
Reflection:
You weren’t meant to stay dull. Real growth requires friction. A coach doesn’t coddle you. He sharpens you—with truth, love, and accountability.
Rep Challenge:
Ask yourself: “Am I ready to be sharpened, even if it’s uncomfortable?” Circle YES or NO. If it’s yes… then what are you waiting for?
Verse:
“Plans fail for lack of counsel…” (again—because it bears repeating)
Challenge:
Today’s the day. Not tomorrow. Not next week. If this hit home, reach out. Book that first session. Send that message. Don’t just think about change—train for it.
